Euzoia Fine Pasta is a boutique handmade gourmet pasta brand from Northern Greece. Made with Greek durum wheat semolina, the Carrot and Lemon-pepper Penne adds a gourmet twist to a traditional pasta recipe. The producers make the penne in small batches, without preservatives and additives, and dry it for 12-16 hours. Use Euzoia Carrot and Lemon-pepper Penne on its own with extra virgin olive oil, or as a base for your favourite white sauce, vegetable sauce or seafood and white wine gourmet pasta dishes.
