Euzoia 'Hilopites' Mini Square Pasta, 400g

Euzoia Fine Pasta is handmade with Greek durum wheat semolina. 'Hilopites' translates to 'pasta thousands', are also known as 'quadratti' in Italian, which are tiny pasta squares cut from flat pasta sheets. Euzoia Pasta Greek Traditional Hilopites are made with goat's milk and eggs and can be served with extra virgin olive oil, feta cheese, burnt butter or you favourite pasta sauce.
