Euzoia Fine Pasta is handmade with Greek durum wheat semolina. The spinach tagliatelle uses spinach from the Greek country side, adding a healthy twist to a traditional pasta recipe. Euzoia pasta is made in small batches, without preservatives and additives, and dried for 12-16 hours. Euzoia Spinach Tagliatelle can be served with meat, chicken, burnt butter and parmesan cheese.
